Welcome to our online tyre ordering guide.

We have outlined below our 5 SIMPLE STEPS tyre ordering process along with the measures taken to ensure your experience with us is simple, convenient and accurate. We have made every effort to tailor the process to offer the maximum amount of choice across a range of quality tyre brands, all available for quick fitting on a date and time chosen by you.

We insist throughout our website that no payment is taken upfront for your tyre order, as we want all our customers to be totally satisfied with the service received, before payment is taken at our garage upon completion of your fitting. We consider customer satisfaction essential to everyone visiting our garage and for all our online customers it's no different.

Take a chance to see how easy the process is for yourself.

1. Please use our handy tyre search tool on the home page (or below) to SELECT YOUR TYRE SIZE and view our extensive live stocks with handy labelling results against each item for comparison. The prices you see for each tyre are the prices you pay, with no hidden extras.
2. Once you have chosen the tyres you would like SELECT THE QUANTITY you require and hit the book button to continue to the basket. You will then be able to check all your details are correct and you are happy to proceed.
3. When you have confirmed your order through to the checkout, please take the opportunity to choose a convenient FITTING DATE AND TIME for when you would like to have your tyres changed at our garage or mobile tyre fitting van*. We offer a quick turnaround from order to fitting, with details of our earliest fitting option available to select from.
4. The next step is for you to confirm some brief PERSONAL DETAILS with us. We only ask for these details to confirm your order by SMS text message and e-mail, but also to make sure you are fully updated with the progress of your tyre order before your chosen fitting date with us.
5. Following confirmation of your order with us, we will arrange for the tyres to be ready on your fitting date. NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN UP FRONT for your order as we insist this is only taken when your new tyres have been fitted and you're completely happy. We will look forward to welcoming you to our garage close to all of Cranleigh's amenities.
